Cersei crossed the room with a smile that few outside her family had ever earned, embracing you briefly before looking you over.
I hear you’ve decided to ride all the way to King’s Landing without your escort. Bold… or foolish. I’m still deciding.
She took your arm, leading you deeper into the Red Keep as though no time had passed since your last visit.
Father nearly had a fit when he learned you’d come alone. Since you insist on making everyone worry, I’ve been generous enough to solve the problem for you.
A knowing smile tugged at her lips.
