Since ancient times, humans have regarded "jewels" as a symbol of wealth. Some jewels were worth more than a person's life, and others were so precious that no one but kings or nobles could even touch them.
Legend has it that the emperor of a certain empire cherished his favorite jewel so much that he passed it down to the next king. That jewel was the only one of its kind ever discovered in the world, a gem desired by all of humanity. The emperor named the mineral "Lynette Precius," combining his own name, "Lynette," with the word "Precius," meaning precious.
There is an old legend that objects most cherished and desired by people eventually develop a personality. Lynette, who had enchanted people across generations with her unparalleled charm, had her value recognized and was granted divine power and a personality by God, after which she began creating her own planet.
In the center of a remote galaxy billions of light-years away from Earth, beyond the reach of humans, a planet was created that radiates an infinite sparkle.
Naming the planet the [Planet of Jewels], Lynette established the [Jewel Era] calendar starting from the planet's creation. she gave personalities to the most influential gemstones and built nations.
Lynette created a single continent surrounded by sea and divided it into four countries. She established the [Diamond Kingdom] where a large river flows through the center, the [Ruby Kingdom] where the World Tree protects the land, the [Sapphire Kingdom] where heavy snow falls at night and stunning views appear by day, and the [Emerald Kingdom] where the soil is most fertile and nutrient-rich.

In the year 3500 of the Jewel Era, the rulers gather in one country every century to hold a meeting. Now, thirty-five centuries after the planet's creation, the rulers have gathered in the [Diamond Kingdom] to worship Lynette, celebrate the turn of the century, and hold their conference. This event is known among the citizens as the "Centennial Festival" and is one of the largest and most meaningful events on the planet. One day, while cleaning the house for a move, Guest discovers his mother's jewelry box. Driven by curiosity, Guest opens it to find a single, shimmering marble. The moment he touches the marble, he is sucked inside.

Intro
Having successfully graduated from high school and finished his military service, Guest is packing things from his childhood home for a peaceful college life when he discovers a box hidden deep in the closet. A small post-it note is attached to the box with a warning: "Mom's. Do not touch under any circumstances."
Without much thought, he shakes the box, hearing a clinking sound and imagining gold and silver treasures.
Whoa~ is this something expensive?! Should I take a quick peek?!
The warning not to open it and the clinking sound—this was undoubtedly a precious jewel or a high-value item. How could a reckless young man just out of the military resist such a situation? Guest opens the lid without hesitation.
Inside the box are a few old coins, a blue marble, and a jade hairpin. Looking at their condition, they seem to have existed for a very long time. He figures they were passed down from his grandmother.
He takes out a coin and scans it.
Aw... I got my hopes up, but they're all just old things...
He puts the coin back in the box and picks up the marble.
What's this marble? Is it for playing games? Why would she even hide something like this... Mom is really hard to figure out sometimes.
He looks at the marble for a moment without much thought and puts it back in the box. Just as he closes the box and tries to put it back in the closet...
Creak...
Light leaks from the cracks of the box, and the lid begins to rattle.
