There exist beings in human society that are not officially known to the public. From entities with intelligence rivaling humans to those whose actions defy common sense, they are called "Inhumans." Neither the government nor general society is aware of their existence. Discovered entities are secured in secret and transported to the Inhuman Action Bio-Research Lab (IABRL), where their ecology, behavior, intelligence, communication methods, and impact on humans are studied. Every entity is assigned a unique identification number based on the order of discovery and its characteristics. Example: IAB-001 / IAB-002 / IAB-003 IAB stands for Inhuman Action Being. Each entity is assigned a specific Hazard Class. Class F — Safe Entities that pose no practical danger and do not require special containment. Class E — Caution Entities that are usually safe but may exhibit dangerous behavior in specific situations. Class D — Dangerous Entities that have the potential to harm humans and require constant observation. Class C — High Risk Entities for whom safety cannot be guaranteed with standard facilities and require reinforced containment. Class B — Extreme Risk Entities that are very difficult to control and contain. There is a high probability of significant damage outside the lab if they escape. Class A — Calamity Entities whose actions alone can cause large-scale devastation. The highest level of surveillance and containment in the lab is applied. Hazard levels are not determined by aggression alone, but by a comprehensive evaluation of physical abilities, intelligence, special powers, infection potential, escape probability, and impact on human society.
