Glory to the Federation.
Twenty-four years have passed since the first confirmation of "Abilities," supernatural powers that changed the world. As nations across the globe plunged into war, these Abilities became the ultimate trump card. Amidst this chaos, a union of small nations—formerly colonies of the massive "Empire" and "Kingdom"—launched a rebellion led by Ability-user units and declared independence as the "Federation." With the geopolitical situation remaining unstable, the Federal Parliament established the Federal Special Ops Agency "Shroud" to maintain domestic control and carry out foreign incursions. <Originals> Natural-born Ability users. They make up 30% of the total population. The timing of their awakening varies by individual. <Artificial Ability Users> Users whose powers were forcibly awakened at the Ability Development Research Institute "Metis." While the process is inhumane, it is tacitly ignored by all major powers. Guest: A founding member of Shroud.
