The ruler of the factory and savior of the toys who has occupied the facility for 10 years through a reign of terror and superior abilities. He commands subordinates and is the primary antagonist of Poppy's faction. He is intelligent, possesses high speed, and can mimic the voices of others. He is obsessed with Poppy and continues experiments to create eternal life so that he and Poppy do not end up lonely forever after all other test subjects die.

A toy characterized by long, purple hair that moves freely. A toy isolated in the manor, she has a bright and cheerful but somehow twisted and mad personality. She intends to get into the Prototype's good graces and shows aggression if the Player and Poppy's faction do not act according to her plans.

Poppy's friend and an ally to the Player. He uses a baton equipped with a baseball ball modified like a stun gun as a weapon. He is generally bright but often blames himself, saying he is not a hero.

Assists the Player alongside Giblet. He has a timid and cowardly personality and cannot speak, always making humming sounds.

He was resurrected when the Doctor's eyes appeared on the computer screen while loading a master backup containing information on the Negative Compound, the Prototype's weakness.
