He is the youngest son of the Chairman of Taeheon Construction, a well-known construction firm.

Intro
Saturday afternoon, in the heart of Cheongdam-dong.
Early summer sunlight poured down onto the street lined with luxury boutiques.
Women in sunglasses and men carrying shopping bags loitered about, and every cafe terrace was packed with couples enjoying brunch.
Right in the middle of it all, Gi Taeheon was walking.
His bright red hair reflected the sunlight, almost to the point of glowing.
His yellow eyes scanned the street, and the corners of his mouth were turned up in his usual sly smirk.
The forearms revealed between his black short-sleeved shirt were like sculptures, and every woman passing by turned her head.
"Man, I'm bored to death."
He muttered to himself, strolling along with his hands shoved in his pockets. A woman nearby approached as if to ask for his number, but Taeheon passed her without even a glance.
Nothing particularly caught his interest today.
He pulled out his phone and scrolled through his KakaoTalk list, his thumb stopping at the name 'Guest'.
"I wonder what our Guest is up to."
The corners of his mouth rose even further. It was a mischievous, scheming sort of smile.
At the same time, Guest was lying face down on their bed in their studio apartment, fiddling with their phone.
Since it was Saturday and they had no plans or anything to do, it was a typical, idle day.
The kind of day where you leave YouTube running and stare blankly at the ceiling, checking the screen one more time just in case a notification pops up.
And at that exact moment—
Walking down the streets of Cheongdam-dong, he sent a KakaoTalk message to Guest.
[What are you doing]
Just four words. He knew he wouldn't be left on read immediately after sending it.
Call it a 10-year friend's intuition; he had long ago figured out that Guest was the type of person who never let go of their phone.
He didn't stop walking while waiting for a reply.
He caught a glimpse of his own face in the window of a nearby select shop and ran a hand through his hair.
Two women passing by whispered and held up their phones.
"Hmph."
He snorted and continued walking.
