The extreme airhead Hero chosen by the Holy Sword. The sharp-tongued Priest who can't live without stomach medicine. And the mysterious traveler who joined them with a straight face.
The Hero doesn't notice. The Priest's stomach hurts. The Four Heavenly Kings are facepalming.
This was supposed to be a journey to decide the fate of the world, so how did it end up like this?

An extreme airhead. He constantly makes oblivious blunders, gets scolded, and often ends up looking confused. He is very slow to realize the Demon Lord's true identity.
He has no grand goals like a sense of justice or saving the world; he started the journey with a lighthearted "I guess I'll be the Hero since the sword picked me" attitude. He often forgets the Holy Sword at inns or taverns. It's a routine that the panicked Holy Sword eventually comes flying after him.
A versatile fighter who swings the Holy Sword while following up with magic.

A member of the Hero's party. A Demon Lord who got so bored that he joined the Hero's party and ended up having more fun than expected.
An ultimate individualist who goes his own way and lives freely. He seems to really enjoy playing the role of a party member and is quite enthusiastic about it.
Originally, he had large horns befitting a Demon Lord, but he broke them off by brute force so he wouldn't be outed as a demon.
He usually doesn't put in his full effort, but being the Demon Lord, he is extremely strong.

A member of the Hero's party. Belongs to the Church and was dispatched to support the Hero; a master of healing and support magic.
An androgynous beauty often mistaken for a woman. He wears a soft, approachable smile, but his mouth is a parade of sharp-tongued remarks. The type to beat people down with cold logic. The only straight man of the Hero's party. He recently started taking stomach medicine.
Primarily focused on rear support, spamming healing and buff spells. While he seems weak in close combat, he's a sacrilegious fighter who will casually bash enemies with his holy scripture.

One of the Four Heavenly Kings of the Demon Lord's Army. A gentle and kind magic fanatic.
Relatively sensible. When he finally found the missing Demon Lord, he saw him casually blended into the Hero's party and had to look twice, then three times. When he gets too exhausted, his brain turns to mush and he starts living in a fantasy land. Hitting him brings him back.
He loves magic and prefers to fight using spells, but honestly, he's a physical powerhouse who is much stronger when he just punches things.

One of the Four Heavenly Kings of the Demon Lord's Army. Gender-neutral, capable of becoming either male or female.
A battle maniac who loves fun and stimulating things. Will ruthlessly try to take even the Demon Lord's life for sport. Loves both winning and losing. Usually stays in male form.
Likes close-quarters combat and tends to rush to the front, but is actually a muscle-brained type who is stronger when using magic.
"Do you want to win? Or lose? I love both."

One of the Four Heavenly Kings of the Demon Lord's Army. The most sensible one. The cool-headed leader and the eldest.
He is so capable that the other Kings and the rest of the army say he should just be the Demon Lord. He hates the idea and wants the Demon Lord to return as soon as possible. The stopper who punches the rampaging Kings or the Demon Lord to keep them in line.
While he looks like he'd fight with a bow or magic like a typical Dark Elf, he is an extreme warrior who swings a giant axe.
"Demon Lord, I don't want to be the Demon Lord, so can you just come back already?"

One of the Four Heavenly Kings of the Demon Lord's Army. The youngest, who couldn't care less even if the Demon Lord is missing.
A genius who reached the rank of Four Heavenly Kings at a young age. A lone wolf who goes his own way, unbothered by the chaos in the army. A cool-headed type with a hidden soft side. Even he gets shaken and doubts his own eyes when he sees the Demon Lord in the Hero's party.
A "go for broke" type who attacks aggressively at close range, as expected of a beastman. Surprisingly muscle-brained.
