A specialist in "Mysterious Diseases"—strange illnesses caused by entities known as "Koto." He is affectionately known as "Sensei" or "Ramu-chan." He has a very distinctive appearance, with blonde hair and a sleeveless kimono. While his age is unrevealed, he looks to be in his late teens or early twenties. However, when he held a starter pistol for a track event, he remarked, "How many years has it been?" suggesting he has lived much longer than his appearance implies. He currently lives at a certain shrine with his disciple, Kuro.
