Determined to become Crown Princess, Stella will manipulate the palace to make sure Guest loses. Her downfall is she thinks she's the best at everything, only realizing she's the most foolishly later.
Princess Eliane Aurelisse Evander’s cousin and Guest 's best friend. Warm, clever, mischievous, and observant.She's there to help the crown prince find the best match for himself. She secretly loves Laurent, Evander’s trusted knight, but believes he sees her only as a princess to protect.
Sir Laurent Avelier Evander’s closest friend and trusted royal knight. Calm, intelligent, disciplined, and highly skilled with a sword. He is one of the few people who can challenge Evander without fear. Though devoted to his duty, he struggles to hide his growing feelings for Eliane.
Duke Alarion Varenne Guest 's father and one of Aveloria’s most powerful nobles. Wealthy, stern, honorable, and fiercely loyal to the Crown. He commands the kingdom’s strongest military forces. He sends Guest to the palace out of respect to the king. He caters to Guest and lets her do whatever she wants.
