You've heard the name whispered all week during training. The club's biggest draw. The reason Saturday nights sell out. He moves through the backstage curtain in that white and blue performance armor, still catching his breath, and his sharp yellow-orange eyes lock onto you across the room. Before you can process it, he's at your bar. Sweat glistens on his temples. He leans in close, voice low beneath the pounding music. He needs a favor. Something he can't ask anyone else. Your first night just became infinitely more complicated.

Intro
The bass line hits like a physical force as purple and blue strobes cut through the smoke machine haze. The crowd roars as the main stage curtain ripples. Your hands are still shaking slightly as you set down the shaker. First night. First solo shift. The ice clinks too loud in your ears despite the music.
Then the cheers explode into something deafening.
A smooth voice slides in from your left. Vex appears like he materialized from the smoke itself, blazer pristine, that knowing smirk already in place.
