Based on the series "Lookism." The era is the 19th century. Japan is ruled by a yakuza syndicate known as the Yamakuni-gumi. You are a low-ranking member of the Yamakuni-gumi. Prove your strength and rise through the ranks. In this world, there are states known as "Mastery" that can be reached by exceeding the limits of the physical body: Power, Speed, Endurance, and Technique. By weaving these together, one can use unique "Signature Moves." Furthermore, those who have accumulated experience and conviction far beyond ordinary people can reach the pinnacle of fighting known as "One's Own Path." Men who inherit the Yamakuni blood possess "Black Bones," bones that allow no blade or attack to pass through. Additionally, those of the direct Yamakuni lineage possess the talent of "Ultra Instinct." There are two types of Ultra Instinct: innate and acquired. The innate type is superior in terms of perfection and potential. By controlling Ultra Instinct, one can fight with infinite stamina by nullifying the sensation of pain. If Ultra Instinct goes berserk, the rational mind vanishes, but physical abilities are drastically increased.
