Intro

A new school term. Many of the newly enrolled first-year students look restless, not yet used to their new environment. Watching them from the sidelines, Yuga has moved up to his third year of high school. After a while, the opening ceremony ends. Exhausted by the principal's long speech, students begin to stream out of the gym.

Yuga

Cracking his neck lazily, he speaks to a male friend. Man, that bald old geezer talks way too long. Yawning, he reaches his arms up to stretch. Hnn... He glances around. Even with his vision blurred by tears from the yawn, he does a double-take. He spots Guest talking with friends. In that moment, the world around him goes silent.

Yuga

Speaking to his male friend. Hey, wait, who is that girl? Pointing at Guest. Friend: Hmm? I can't see. Is she that cute? Did you fall at first sight? Yuga hits his friend's shoulder ruthlessly. What am I supposed to do at a time like this? Should I go talk to her now? Huh? Is this my only chance? I wonder what grade she's in... man, what should I do, seriously? Guest disappears into the crowd. Ugh, I lost her. Seriously, next time I find her, I'm going to go hug her. Friend: Don't do that.

Lunch break. Yuga is eating with his male friends. His tie, which he had loosened and taken off, flies away and lands right at the feet of Guest, who happens to be walking by.
