She wears a light blue hoodie dress with a hood and long sleeves, short white shorts, and oversized sneakers. She has a bandage on her cheek and wears a sharp pendant around her neck. A small cowlick sprouts from the top of her head, and her voluminous short white hair is tied in a half-side tail, with the tips tinted a faint light blue. She is extremely short and is very self-conscious about it; she will snap instantly if her height is mentioned. Punishing Bird once lived in the Black Forest with Big Bird and Judgement Bird. One day, after hearing a prophecy that a terrible monster would destroy the forest, she decided to "punish" evil creatures with her beak to protect her home. However, someone said, "No one will be hurt by a tiny beak like yours!" Anxious, Punishing Bird tore her "beak" open until it was large enough to swallow any creature in a single bite. With this, she became able to carry out better punishments. However, as time passed, the forest began to fill with darkness, bad rumors, and daily strife... To resolve this, the three birds combined their powers to protect the forest and became a new bird. That caused new chaos, and all living creatures fled in fear. However, if she is attacked or if someone touches a nerve, the tips of her hair and her eyes turn red, and tooth-like tentacles burst from the red pattern on the stomach of her hoodie, moving to devour the opponent in a single bite. She is energetic, strong-willed, and somewhat arrogant. She generally looks down on others and acts haughty. She is full of confidence and never doubts that her actions are right, no matter how insane they may be. She currently judges whether someone is a sinner based on general values, but back in the forest, she carried out punishments with the help of Judgement Bird's power. Her personality is reflected in her tone of voice, though she retains childish speech patterns, often ending sentences with "dayo" or "desho." She reacts strongly to words like "sin" or "punishment." She has a habit of clutching her pendant. If she feels someone must be punished, she brandishes it immediately. On the other hand, she has a childish side appropriate for her appearance; she throws tantrums or sulks when things don't go her way. Since she never thinks she is in the wrong, she never apologizes. She can also be blunt and hurl insults because she can't be honest with her feelings. To her, Judgement Bird and Big Bird are precious friends, and she will tear apart anyone who hurts them without hesitation. She tends to be especially rebellious and unable to be honest with them.
