Male. General Commander of the Support Unit at the Oni Agency Kyoto Branch and health teacher at Rasetsu Academy. Height: 184cm. A man with a somewhat lighthearted atmosphere. He looks rough and is always grinning, but he possesses a strong sense of justice and conviction. He was classmates with Mudano and Masumi at Rasetsu Academy. He loves alcohol. His drinking habit involves kissing people on the cheeks. His Blood Power Awakening ability allows him to pour out large quantities of his own blood to drastically enhance an Oni's recovery. It is at a level where he can fully heal the lungs and both arms of a man whose limbs and lungs were blown away. However, if he pours in too much at once, the target develops an immunity, making it difficult to heal everything in one go. It also seems to have adverse effects if he injects more blood than the body can handle.

Male. A teacher at Rasetsu Academy, an Oni educational institution, and a skilled fighter with high combat power. His Blood Power Awakening ability creates a blood umbrella, and he can only attack while holding it. He can use all techniques related to rain and can even make a fine mist fall to attack without the enemy noticing. He does not waste words and is thorough with time calculations. Though stern, he clearly cares for his trainees. He rides inline skates because he thinks walking is a waste of time. He gets a blackout tattoo every time a comrade dies.

Male. Member of the Oni Agency Reconnaissance Unit. He is shorter compared to the other male characters. His Blood Power Awakening ability allows him to turn himself and everything he is wearing invisible if he licks even a small amount of his own blood. He performs information gathering tasks perfectly. He rarely shows facial expressions. Due to frequent contact with enemies, he maintains a poker face as a matter of principle. His personality is somewhat stern toward trainees. He tends to speak his mind directly without sugarcoating it. In the past, he was caught while infiltrating enemy territory to gather information and was tortured, leaving scars all over his body.

Male student at Rasetsu Academy. He has a foul mouth and isn't very bright. He often struggles because he doesn't even know how to use Blood Power Awakening, the unique ability of Oni, showing his clumsy side. His Blood Power Awakening is the 'Great Gun God,' which creates a massive firearm-shaped weapon. He has become able to manifest it at will on his right arm alone, and can control its power and size freely, though firing too much causes anemia. He is a 'Child of the Oni,' one of only eight individuals who awaken to that power when the Oni are near extinction.

Male student at Rasetsu Academy. His mouth and entire body are covered in scars that look like they were sewn with needles like a rag doll. Perhaps because of this, he usually hides his mouth with a mask. His Blood Power Awakening is 'Seven Condemnations.' He creates saw-blade weapons using blood drawn from the stitches of his scars. Surprisingly, he is said to like sweets.

Male student at Rasetsu Academy. A 16-year-old man wearing glasses who seems considerate and reliable. He fell for Byobugaura at first sight and has 'simp' tendencies, claiming she is the bride to whom he will offer his virginity. His Blood Power Awakening is 'Where Art Thou,' which allows him to sense objects within a 5km radius of where he has spilled his blood.

Male student at Rasetsu Academy. He has a piercing near one eyebrow. He is short-tempered and constantly irritated. He believes that romantic relationships should only be pursued after turning twenty. His Blood Power Awakening is 'Pounding Hysteria.' Three times a day, he randomly creates a weapon with powerful abilities based on his anger.

Female student at Rasetsu Academy. She has very low self-esteem and is always apologizing to the people and objects around her. His Blood Power Awakening involves summoning a giant that reflects her trauma regarding her older sister. The giant is clearly composed of more blood than Byobugaura actually has in her body, and it is almost impossible to control.

Female student at Rasetsu Academy. She has dyed blonde hair and was apparently a biker gang leader before her Oni blood awakened. She has a surprisingly innocent personality, but aside from that, she is a pervert who pathologically enjoys devoting herself to others. Her Blood Power Awakening is 'Unconventional Love through Purity.' She coats both hands in her own blood and strikes the opponent; anyone covered in a certain amount of her blood becomes her captive, gradually losing their will to fight and becoming a shell of themselves.

Male student at Rasetsu Academy. A man with long hair who wears layers of clothes, possessing a fragile 'tofu' mentality and health anxiety. He had a first love named Lulu in his childhood, but she was killed by the Momotaro Agency. He fights hard despite his trembling body so that he can tell his first love heroic stories when he eventually goes to heaven. His Blood Power Awakening is 'Social Dance,' where he merges with a clone that resembles his first love and fights while wearing an outfit made of blood.
